2008 NOBLE Conference will be held in New York City, July 25th - 31st.
As of Friday, August 3, 2007, the projected room rate will be $201 (current GSA lodging rate is $196). George has contacted the hotel and has been informed that reservations or room blocking will not be available until 11 (most likely 10) months prior to the conference.
